Medjool dates are a large, plump variety with a smooth, succulent texture that became known as the “fruit of kings” centuries ago, and is intended only for kings and their guests. They are so sweet and rich that they were prized before all other dates.

As dates ripen they turn from bright red to dark brown, bursting with a delicious and deep caramel flavour. They are rich in natural sweetness, fiber and potassium as well as many other vitamins and minerals, making them ideal for daily consumption, as a natural snack and healthy snack.
